Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KidmaTech client portal at clients.kidmatech.com and the automation services provided by KidmaTech ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

KidmaTech provides AI-assistant and business-automation services. Access to the workspace is provisioned individually to clients with whom we have a service agreement.

2. Accounts and access

• You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with any agreement between you and KidmaTech.
• We may suspend or revoke access that is misused or that threatens the security of the platform.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you connect to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the automation you have requested. You are responsible for having the right to use any data you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and updates.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, KidmaTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
