Data Deletion

You can ask KidmaTech to delete the personal data associated with your account at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to elmar.y89@icloud.com from the email address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject line Data deletion request.
  3. Tell us the Google account email you used to sign in.

What we delete: your account profile (name, email, profile picture received from Google) and the service data tied to your account. We confirm completion by email, normally within 30 days.

Data we may retain

We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example billing or security logs). Such records are kept only as long as legally necessary and are then deleted.

Revoking access

You can also remove KidmaTech's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
